Best Doctrines Cult Of The Lamb For Stronger Followers
Building a powerful cult in Cult of the Lamb requires more than just managing resources and defeating bosses. Declaring the right doctrines shapes your followers into resilient, highly productive, and loyal assets that significantly enhance your base operations and dungeon runs. Choosing doctrines that directly boost follower stats and efficiency ensures long-term success for your growing commune.
Sustenance Doctrines for Optimal Health and Productivity
Maintaining high faith and preventing starvation are crucial for cultivating powerful followers. Enacting the Fasting Ritual doctrine allows your cult to go days without food without losing faith or suffering health penalties, keeping followers active around the clock. Combining this with the Feasting Ritual rapidly boosts loyalty while fully satisfying hunger, creating a reliable foundation for follower progression.
Work and Worship Doctrines to Maximize Output
Efficiency in resource gathering and devotion generation allows followers to level up faster and contribute more effectively. The Inspire doctrine replaces the standard Smooth Talk ability, providing a massive boost to follower loyalty through daily interactions. Additionally, choosing the Glory Through Toil doctrine forces followers to work through the night without sleep, accelerating construction and resource harvesting.
Afterlife Doctrines to Preserve High-Level Followers
High-level followers are invaluable, making their eventual death a major setback if not properly managed. Declaring the Resurrection doctrine allows you to bring back your most powerful followers with all their gained stats and levels intact. The Belief in Afterlife trait further ensures that cult members lose less faith when a companion dies, keeping overall morale high.
Law and Order Doctrines for Cult Loyalty
Controlling dissent and boosting loyalty directly impacts how effectively your followers support your crusades. Utilizing the Ascend Follower ritual transfers a chosen follower's strength directly to you while raising the overall loyalty of the entire cult. Choosing the Loyalty Enforcer doctrine assigns a dedicated follower to boost the devotion and leveling speed of everyone else in the base.
